Clinical Advisor, Trainer and Human Factors Consultant
Mo is an experienced trainer and Consultant in Paediatric Intensive Care, mainly within the NHS. He has over 26 years’ experience in Paediatrics with various roles including, Director, Clinical Lecturer and Consultant. Mo also has an established portfolio of coaching and mentoring roles, acting as both a mediator and facilitator guiding professionals and healthcare bodies through crisis situations.
As a keen mentor, educator, trainer and facilitator, Mo thrives on developing others to maximise their full potential. Mo’s coaching style is both supportive and challenging.
