Jill is our Mindfulness and wellness expert. As well as being a qualified yoga teacher and professional coach (Associate for Coaching), she is a highly skilled trainer and is passionate about creating the conditions for our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to blossom and thrive.

People who find the right balance of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing at work, tend to experience higher levels of motivation, drive and happiness, perform better, and are more resilient in the face of day-to-day stresses and problems.  Piecing together 10 years of business experience with a passion for health, wellbeing, yoga, mindfulness and coaching Jill works with individuals, teams and whole businesses that want to place employee wellbeing at the heart of what they do, through Workshops, Classes, Coaching and Consulting.
