Health Education England, Improving Safety through Education & Training

MedLed educates individuals and organisations about Human Factors For Healthcare so they can achieve excellence every day. Our unparalleled training programmes enable and empower participants to integrate best practice, influence change and positively impact their everyday world of work.

Designed and developed by expert trainers, all MedLed courses are highly interactive, whether delivered online or in person. We carry professional accreditations from CPD UK and the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics & Human Factors ensuring MedLed course curriculums remain research-led, rigorous and relevant to the realities of healthcare. Our Patient Safety Incident Investigation training is approved by NHS England.

Upon booking a course with MedLed you will be supported by our dedicated operations team, who will provide promotional flyers and interactive joining instructions to help you promote your programme internally. They will support Medical Education departments, course administrators and attendees throughout the duration of your programme to make sure that events run smoothly, leaving your attendees to focus on learning.

Participants will be provided with practical, evidence-based tools that they can use immediately in their work, with comprehensive support materials provided before and after the course. After the event, they will also be provided with a digital CPD UK certificate directly to their inbox.

Follow up support and summary feedback can also be provided to course administrators on request.
