Having been a qualified nurse for 16 years, Ali's career has enabled her to gain a wealth of experience both inside the NHS as well as other organisations. She has a real passion for creating and delivering training, working with primary and secondary care teams on improvement programmes.
Ali's love of coaching and Positive Psychology led her to an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology with the University of East London in 2020.
Supporting teams and individuals to grow, learn and improve through coaching is extremely rewarding and has become her primary focus.
