As a coach and facilitator, Ann is passionate about creating a challenging, inspiring and safe space for leaders to explore their impact and effectiveness. She integrates her own background of senior leadership in the health sector with her extensive experience of coaching and facilitation in the commercial and public sector.
Ann is one of a pioneering group of coaches personally certified by Judith Glaser in Conversational Intelligence ® and Stakeholder Centre Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith. She is also accredited by the Coaches Training Institute and the International Coaching Federation. She is an NLP practitioner and has a PhD in physiology and psychology.
