Garin is a former teacher and current airline pilot with an academic background in Sports Science. His multidisciplinary background gives him a broad view of human performance and education from multiple perspectives.
This has led to his involvement with training providers, authors, and researchers in a range of cross-industry safety projects including training programme design and delivery, conference organising and speaking.
Garin is also a founding member of the Philosophical Breakfast Club (PBC), a not-for-profit networking organisation dedicated to the creation of safety solutions through cross-industry collaboration.
