Lucy’s healthcare career began with Procter & Gamble; as National Sales Manager in Ireland, she was responsible for sales, recruitment, training and marketing. She left this role in 2002 to co-found Star, which today is the healthcare industry’s most preferred outsourcing and resourcing provider, with 300+ employees in the UK and Ireland, and a broader European expansion programme underway. Star was acquired by the Uniphar Group in 2015, and Lucy remained a part of its Executive Team until 2021.
Lucy joined Medled in 2018; as Non-Executive Director, she is focused on helping the business attract and retain the best people, developing smart, flexible methodologies, and ensuring that Medled’s ideological and commercial goals remain aligned as the business scales.
