Paul flew with the Royal Air Force as a fast-jet pilot before joining British Airways, where he was a founding member of the team responsible for the development and delivery of Human Factors training for the Airline’s Flightcrew in the classroom, the simulator and on the aircraft.
Paul is passionate about helping others to develop their understanding of the principles of Human Factors, and how to apply them in the workplace through an insightful and evidence-based approach to training.
